No. Your privacy is our priority. You can choose not to display your email or phone number on your profile. In that case, employers will contact you directly through the Livelyup platform messaging system.
Yes. You have full control over your visibility. You can set your profile to “Private” in your dashboard. This allows you to apply for jobs discreetly without being searchable by the general public or your current employer.
Employers
Not unless you want them to be. You can choose to leave your email and phone number fields blank or hidden. Candidates will still be able to apply to your jobs and message you through our secure dashboard.
All applications are collected and organized within your Employer Dashboard. You can review CVs, shortlist candidates, and message them directly from there without exposing your personal contact details.
